Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and dependable Welders to support manufacturing and industrial operations. This role involves welding, fabricating, and repairing metal components while meeting quality, safety, and production standards. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, follow procedures, and maintain a strong focus on safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, stick, or flux-core welding based on assignment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect welded components for quality and accuracy
- Grind, cut, and finish metal components as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and procedures
- Meet production goals and quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Knowledge of welding safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work in industrial environments
- Welding certifications preferred but not required (varies by assignment)

- Manufacturing or industrial setting
- Exposure to heat, noise, and metal materials
- PPE required (welding helmet, gloves, safety gear)
