Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while building strong relationships with both clients and job seekers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
- Match candidates to client needs based on skills, experience, and culture fit
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews, job offers, and onboarding requirements
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Utilize ATS, job boards, and social media to attract talent
- Partner with sales and leadership to support client staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Provide a positive candidate experience from first contact through placement
Qualifications
- Prior recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and job boards preferred
